Award-winning Brazilian director and producer of Paraguayan blood with a main focus on non-fiction and creative documentary projects. He also works as a screenwriter and impact producer. He directed and produced works shown at more than 60 festivals such as É Tudo Verdade, Gramado, Habana, Milan, Sidney Latino, San Diego Latino FF, Seattle Latino FF, Brasília, Tiradentes, with emphasis on MARIA LUIZA (É Tudo Verdade, FIDBA), an internationally recognized case of impact. He is co-director of the feature THE WIND WILL BLOW and the series
"How Heroes Are Born" (TV Brasil, 2025).

Delvair Montagner
Researcher and Anthropologist
Historian and PhD in Visual Anthropology. She worked as an anthropologist at FUNAI and as a researcher at Fundação Palmares and has already made 39 documentaries as a researcher, director and screenwriter. Co-director of the feature THE WIND WILL BLOW and the documentary RISING VALLEY.

Editor of the feature film "Rock Brasília - Era de Ouro" by Vladimir Carvalho; "Plan B", by Getsemane Silva and "Maria Luiza", by Marcelo Díaz, about the first transgender in the Brazilian Armed Forces, selected the Festival É Tudo Verdade 2019. He is also a musician.
